Dartmouth Advisory Partners is a Toronto advisory and engineering firm serving asset managers, OCIOs, pensions, insurers, and family offices. Its premise is simple: never run AI you cannot evidence.
DAP starts from the institution’s written policy and existing records. The work connects those commitments to governed workflows, with explicit boundaries, human review, and a record of what happened.
Four movements
Assess
Start with the decisions, friction, and responsibilities that shape your day. Identify where technology can help, where the evidence is missing, and where a person should remain in control.
Govern
Translate your policy into clear rules, ownership, and escalation paths. Agree what may proceed, what must stop, and who is accountable before a system takes action.
Build and run
Build alongside your team and your existing systems. Test the workflow against representative cases, run it in shadow, and inspect its decisions before granting it authority.
Transfer
Your team receives the system, configuration, records, and understanding to operate it. Ownership is built into the engagement from the start.
